We charge a £61.95+VAT one-off fixed call out & labour charge regardless of how long we spend fixing your appliance. This fee covers all call outs, including return visits and labour involved to fix your appliance.

We can be with you same day if available. Although most of our
appointments are booked for the next day, or an appointment to suit you. Our engineers are local so we are able to offer fast response times.
We require payment on completion of work via Debit/Credit Card (exc. American Express). You will receive an invoice for all work carried out.

Yes, it is much more cost effective to repair many appliances than buy new. However, you have to consider the age of the appliance and how much it cost from new or how much a replacement is now. On many occasions the full cost of the repair, including parts is normally no more than £100-£120.
